For 20+ years, I am in IT . I building stuff on the side. Hiring, mentoring and growing members teams. Created 30+ teams from scratch, had experience with interns from time to time.

All Companies i worked with, I helped, has the same problem. Hiring.

Hiring is always broken. There are few thousand good candidates searching for next best opportunities, and few 1000 rules open in market all the time.

But the problem? the match. The companies expectations, candidates expectations, a way to check and process the applications is always broken.

So , want to start my own Job platform, but, dont want to be just another job portal, espiecally on 2025. No, it doenst mean there is no need, ofcourse we need, something better than Linkedin,Glassdoor, and other apps. But I want to focus on smaller section of the audience. The under appreciated, under valued, the unknown , the Students.

The hunger students, not distracted by gig economy, or social media dampanining, always there, dont have a dedicated platform, where they can actually get connected with perpective employers.

No, [intern.ac](http://intern.ac/) is not a hangout place, no Posting-boosting social media. Just a place where you exchange Profiles and job offers.

You know the very old system of Job-Fair. Fair trail, equal ooprotunity intership for everyone.

Well, starting as single member product. Lets see where it goes.
